Jamie Welsh
Vision Guru

Jamie Welsh is the founder and CEO of 10% Solution, a social responsibility certification and consulting company. 10% Solution is a culmination of inspiration, knowledge, tears, experience, guts, a little bit of crazy and a whole lot of love. In a previous life Jamie Welsh was a highly accomplished executive with a diverse background in hospitality, homebuilding and software product development. She has been on board of directors and in executive leadership positions in marketing, technology and consulting for the past 16 years and in the interactive space for 15 years. She holds a Masters in organizational management and a Bachelor's in television and film. She also works with several non-profits including Working Wardrobes, Social Enterprise Institute (SEI), Girls Inc. and Habitat for Humanity. She is on the board of Team Kids and is an advisory board member for the Heritage Museum of Orange County.

 

Shona Davidson
Development Guru

Shona Davidson is a co-founder of 10% Solution. Shona is a veteran of interactive design and technology, with 19 years of experience in both the creative and technological aspects of website and web-based application development. She has held her current position as president and web producer at i2i Interactive since co-founding the company in 1997. Shona is a board member for Do Good Music and works as a technical advisor for several non-profit organizations, including BAWSI (Bay Area Women's Sports Initiative) and Mobility Golf.

 

Mary Donahue
Creative Guru

Mary Donahue contributes web and collateral development and design expertise to 10% solution. With over 20 years experience in multimedia and computer graphics, Mary has served as creative director for i2i Interactive since co-founding the company in 1997. Before joining i2i, Mary served as managing partner and art director at Show & Tell Systems for 13 years. Mary enjoys working with children and actively volunteers with several non-profit organizations, including BAWSI Girls, Almond Elementary School and Los Altos High School.

 

Jorden Segraves
Sustainability Guru

Jorden Segraves is a LEED Accredited Profession, NCARB Certified Licensed architect in the State of California and Nevada. He is a founding board member and current Chair of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) - Orange County Chapter and elected Chair for the USGBC - Pacific Coast Region (PRC). Jorden has also been elected to the USGBC National Chapter Steering Committee to represent the PRC.

As principal of Jorden Segraves Architect, Inc. he looks to incorporate an integrated "in balance" approach to design and architecture, through Sustainability and LEED consulting and full service architectural design and documentation. His professional experience ranges from 1,000 square foot retail Tenant Improvements to national Roll Out and Big Box to a +/- one Million Square foot renovation of Vintage Fair Mall - as well as - Managing some +/- 1,500 residential units in various stages of pre-development and construction for Residential town homes, three and four story walk ups, and large scale podium mix use in down town Los Angeles. His current projects include product development and advising, sustainability and LEED consulting, high end luxury green residential design, single family responsible spec-home design, multi-family responsible design, and commercial Tenant Improvements and design.

 

Kim Denger
Philanthropy and Volunteer Guru

Kim is an entrepreneur at heart and has over 20 years of expertise and knowledge in the mortgage industry including 10 years as one of the innovative leaders in corporate giving and volunteer programs.

Kim pioneered strategic partnerships with local and national organizations in housing, education, health and human services, and civic groups to benefit non-profits as well as the company and its employees. She has taken companies from ad-hoc outreach to awards and recognition from media, non-profits and civic organizations.

Kim's expertise in strategic partnerships aligns clients, investors and competitors donations and volunteer programs for the benefit of all partners. Her philanthropy and volunteer programs create cohesive company values and a unique culture that has resulted in turnover rates significantly lower than the industry standard.

She currently serves as immediate past board chair of Junior Achievement of Orange County, and as a member of the donor relations committee of Junior Achievement of Southern California. She is board secretary of Habitat for Humanity Orange County, Board member of Leadership Tomorrow, President Elect of the Irvine Exchange Club and is a member of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce.

 

Lina Tonkunas
Green Guru

Lina brings over 10 years of environmental consulting experience to 10% Solution. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Lina specializes in customizing and implementing environmentally sustainable programs that conserve environmental resources, increase employee health and productivity, while decreasing overall building operating costs.

Prior to joining 10% Solution, Lina performed, managed, and directed thousands of environmental compliance projects for property owners, the financial industry and the wireless telecommunications industry. Lina earned her bachelor's degree in environmental science from University of California, Riverside, and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2005.

 

David R. Barnes Jr. M.Ed
Sales Guru

David has an award winning record of accomplishments in sales, sales operations and sales management with Fortune 50 companies (GlaxoSmithkline, Colgate/Hills, and AmerisourceBergen) and start up companies. In his 30 years of experience, he has facilitated the restructure of a $19 billion dollar drug company sales organization, built three sales training departments from the ground up, and was selected for the GlaxoSmithkline Presidents Solid gold Circle for outstanding sales performance. He has been published in the Strategic Account Management Associations magazine (Velocity) has mentored sales leaders in numerous industries.

David is a results driven professional that focuses on improving the performance of sales organizations and tying those performance improvements to the financial indicators of their companies. He has proven experience in sales leader coaching and mentoring, sales strategic performance development interventions, sales organization restructuring, sales CRM implementations, and implementing strategic account sales teams.

David earned his Masters of Education from the University of Massachusetts, is a graduate of the University of Michigan Executive Business School, and the Aubrey Daniels School of Performance Management. He is a certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and What Matters Most Seminar Leader, a Board Member of Avenus LLC a consulting firm in Washington D.C., a member of the Strategic Account Management Association, and the International Society for Performance Improvement, Orange County Chapter.

 

Susan Oldham
Marketing Guru

Susan Oldham helps 10 Percent Solution develop marketing initiatives and also partners with clients to assess their needs, develop roadmaps and tools to support their CSR programs and advises them towards certification. Susan is a strategic marketing, brand and business management professional with 15 years of experience in the corporate marketing world and several years consulting with corporate clients. Over the years, at companies such as Nestle, ConAgra and Avery Dennison, Susan has developed breakthrough marketing communication campaigns that have driven significant sales and profit growth. She has led several businesses through change management processes to drive culture change and process improvement. Susan has also helped several companies find more eco-friendly approaches to their business. Susan holds an MBA in Marketing and an undergraduate degree in Economics.

 

Kristen Parrinello
Program Development and Partnerships Guru

Kristen worked for the American Himalayan Foundation, a non-profit in San Francisco, before attending business school. She received a Bachelors of Science in English before serving five and a half years in the US Navy as an Officer. Kristen is currently working on her MBA at the UC Irvine. She is also heavily involved with The Paul Merage school of Business chapter of Net Impact.
