Jamie Welsh is the founder of 10% Solution. 10% Solution is a culmination of inspiration, knowledge, tears, experience, guts, a little bit of crazy and a whole lot of love. In a previous life Jamie Welsh was a highly accomplished executive with a diverse background in hospitality, homebuilding and software product development. She has been on board of directors and in executive leadership positions in marketing, technology and consulting for the past 16 years and in the interactive space for 15 years. She holds a Masters in organizational management and a Bachelor's in television and film. She also works with several non-profits including Working Wardrobes, Social Enterprise Institute (SEI), Girls Inc. and Habitat for Humanity. She is on the board of Team Kids and is an advisory board member for the Heritage Museum of Orange County.

Chris is a recent alumnus of Vanguard University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. She graduated Suma Cum Laude and received the Harold D. McNaughton business student of the year award. She participated as the Vice President of Communications and Project Manager of Environmental Sustainability in her campus chapter of S.I.F.E. (Students In Free Enterprise), an international organization that gives students the opportunity to use business skills in educational outreach projects. She has also acted as a volunteer consultant for Teen Rescue and spends time contributing to other charitable programs and nonprofits.
In her spare time you my find Chris spending time with friends and family, creating art, reading, running or volunteering and always close to the beach.
With more than a dozen years of credit processing experience (on both the merchant and processor side of the equation), Jeannie is dedicated to working with clients to find the best tools in the industry for them – using pricing, ease of use and quality of service in her equations. An excellent communicator, Jeannie truly enjoys getting to know her clients and understanding their business goals.
In her spare time, she can be found trying to keep her head above the testosterone in the home she shares with her husband, two young sons and her mini pony/dog.
Shona Davidson is a co-founder of 10% Solution. Shona is a veteran of interactive design and technology, with 20+ years of experience in both the creative and technological aspects of website and web-based application development. She has held her current position as president and web producer at i2i Interactive since co-founding the company in 1997. Shona is a board member for Do Good Music and works as a technical advisor for several non-profit organizations, including BAWSI (Bay Area Women's Sports Initiative) and Mobility Golf.
Mary Donahue contributes web and collateral development and design expertise to 10% solution. With over 25 years experience in multimedia and computer graphics, Mary has served as creative director for i2i Interactive since co-founding the company in 1997. Before joining i2i, Mary served as managing partner and art director at Show & Tell Systems for 13 years. Mary enjoys working with children and is a high school field hockey coach. She actively volunteers with several children-centric non-profit organizations, including BAWSI and Los Altos High School.
